Hilary McNaughten – BProp, BA (Applied Mathematics) MPINZ – Registered Valuer
Hilary has a Bachelor of Property Degree at the University of Auckland and is a Registered Valuer with the Property Institute of NZ. She was born and bred in Warkworth, but now lives on a small lifestyle block in Wellsford.
Prior to returning to University to study Valuation, Hilary was Head of Mathematics at Rodney College, where she has taught on and off since 2004.
She has a real passion for property and has brought and sold a number of properties and enjoys taking on properties where value can be added.
Other interests include photography, farming for food production, providing a good moral basis and positive life experiences for her family, arts, crafts and music.
Hilary is a keen supporter of the award winning Mangawhai Cadet unit and she continues to support the youth of the Rodney area in their academic pursuits.
