1978 was when it all started…
Guy Scholefield joined Ray Hollis in 1978 which saw the beginning of the Hollis & Scholefield Ltd partnership which we now shorten to HSL Valuers.
Steve Jack began valuing in the Rodney District in 1994, and joined Hollis & Scholefield in 2003. And in 2011 became the sole Director of HSL. Steve is a Registered Valuer and an Associate Member of the NZ Institute of Valuers.
He is actively involved with the Land Compensation Work under the Public Works Act. And in the past has acted as a Crown Valuer on the Proposed Motorway from Puhoi to Warkworth. Subsequently has been involved with many private land owners on the Matakana Link Road and the Proposed Motorway from Warkworth to North of Te Hana. Steve has acted as an expert witness at both the High Court and District Court levels.
He and other local professionals helped facilitate the community driven Spatial plan. He is passionate and professional and has a depth of knowledge in the local area to serve a range of clients with their property valuation needs.
Hilary McNaughten specialises in residential and lifestyle valuations and is currently working all over both districts from Warkworth, Snells Beach, Matakana and Point Wells to north of the Dome predominantly in Wellsford, Mangawhai and the outer Kaipara District.
Luke Comely specialises in commercial and industrial valuations and has been working in the wider Auckland area since the 1980’s. As a registered Valuer for over 30 years Luke has a good understanding of the North Auckland property market. Luke offers market valuations, rental assessments, insurance estimates and market valuations for all your property needs.
