The Valuation process is conducted as follows:

An appointment will be made to carry out a detailed inspection of the property (Photographs will be taken, measurements, construction, land attributes, landscaping, proximity to amenities, special features)

Market research (comparable property sales), Resource Management considerations (eg. zoning, subdivision potential) and a legal description (certificate of title) are obtained for inclusion in the valuation report
